• Rates are for 1-2 people. There is an additional $15/day charge for each additional guest.
• Rates Subject to change for Special Events and Holidays
• Reservations:  Half your scheduled stay is needed to hold the room.
• We accept Cash, PayPal. and personal checks. Checks are only accepted with advanced notice reservations.
• Cancellations: 10 days notice is required for a full refund.
• We offer flexible check-in and check-out times depending on room availability.
• We expect you to stay the entire length of your confirmed reservation.
• We accept pets but please give us advanced notice. There is a $15 fee/per night per animal.
• Any damage caused by guests pets will be assessed & charged to the owner.
• All rates subject to 10.5% room tax.
• We are here to do everything we can to provide you with the best possible night stay for your time here in San Diego.
• Please no smoking in the room. There is a private patio for smoking guests.
• No candle burning.
